Our water bottles come with a 12-month manufacturer defect warranty. If your Hydrin has any defects or manufacturing issues, it is covered by our warranty.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, drops, odor, negligence, or misuse on the consumer's behalf. We require photographic proof of the defect and clarification on how the issue occurred to ensure it is a manufacturer defect. Once you submit the form, we will reach out to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, We will not be able to accept your claim without a photo.
