We offer FREE shipping to US & Canada over $40

All shipped orders are provided with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number via email when your order has been fulfilled.

Canada Shipping: All orders are shipped via Canada Post with a lead time of 2-8 business days from the date of dispatch*

USA Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS with a lead time of 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch*

International Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS with a lead time of 5-22 business days from the date of dispatch.

HANDLING

All orders will typically be dispatched within 1-2 business days and include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Hydrin Beauty is not responsible for delays, lost or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Hydrin will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel.

Hydrin is in no way responsible for any customs or import charges, charged to the customer by the shipping service.

Hydrin will accept all refunds, returns or replacement requests if the products are returned to us within 15 days of delivery. If you want to return a product because you changed your mind, the customer arranges and pays the return shipping costs. For health and hygiene reasons, the product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning, we offer a 1 year warranty for all products. We will refund your money or send you another one. To report a damaged or malfunctioning item please email us at support@hydrinco.com for more details or fill out the form here so we can arrange for return and replacement or a full refund.
